Customers and carriers book dock appointments on your own portal. Grakken counts your receiving hours, your doors and the space left in your racks, and offers only the times that work.
A booking portal for customers and carriers
They sign up, you approve them, and they book: PO number, palletized or floor-loaded, the freight, and a time. You accept, decline or offer another time, and every decision is emailed from your own mailbox.
No double-booked doors, no overfilled racks
A time is offered only when it is inside receiving hours, a door is free for the whole unload, and the racks can take the freight. A booking that would overfill the building is held for a manager.
Part of a full warehouse management system
Accepted appointments become expected trucks on the dock board and the receiving list in Grakken WMS, with scanning, a 3D view and billing in the same system.

No. They use your booking portal with their own sign-in.
