Dock scheduling for customers and carriers
Customers and carriers sign up on your booking portal and request a dock appointment with their PO and freight. Grakken only offers times that are really open: inside your receiving hours, with a free door, and with room in the racks. You accept, decline or offer another time, and they get an email either way.
Space forecast and warehouse billing
Before a booking goes in, Grakken checks whether the building will have room on that day, counting the trucks still to come and the shipments still to leave. A booking that would overfill is held for a manager.
Billing runs from rate cards per customer: storage, handling and extras logged from a phone. Monthly invoices are drafted for you to review and send.
A WMS for 3PLs, distribution centers and brokers with a warehouse
